PORTLAND, MAINE, February 3, 2023 — Systems Engineering, Inc, a leading provider of Managed IT and Security services in New England, announced Eric Tennyson has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Tennyson will continue to be responsible for all financial and operational matters, including the administration of the firm's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Since joining Systems Engineering in 2017, Tennyson has been instrumental in establishing a robust corporate investment strategy. His knowledge of ESOP administration has been crucial in helping fellow employee-owners understand their individual contributions and their impact on the company's value. These contributions have been attributed to nearly doubling the firm's share price since 2017.

Before joining Systems Engineering, Tennyson spent nearly two decades in financial planning and administration, first with an international financial institution, and second, with a global software company. In the six years since joining Systems Engineering, Tennyson has earned the admiration and support of his fellow employee-owners resulting in his well-deserved promotion.
