Announcements

We are aware of an outage that is continuing to affect Microsoft Windows hosts. The issue stems from a content update to cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike’s Falcon Sensor software. While the issue has been identified and the fix deployed, the impacts of this outage are still being reported worldwide.

Important Note: This is not a security incident or cyberattack. Read CrowdStrike’s official statement in full here.

Some Microsoft users may be experiencing residual effects, including blue screen bug checks, devices stuck in a restarting state, or the inability to navigate to certain websites. In some instances, manual intervention may be required to remediate the situation. You can follow the documented workarounds in the CrowdStrike statement.
