We are proud to announce that Systems Engineering (SE) was chosen to receive the 2016 Governor's Award for Business Excellence. This year, three Maine companies were honored at the 26^th annual awards ceremony at an afternoon reception at the Blaine House on Tuesday, December 20^th. SE is among a small group of employee-owned companies to receive this prestigious honor since its inception in 1991. 

The Systems Engineering (SE) culture is one that the whole company takes pride in, whether it's at the individual or group level. Team building and working together to troubleshoot various challenges transfers well into how we work with our clients. 

This summer, Systems Engineering (SE) is undergoing its first official internship program opened to graduates, or soon-to-be graduates of Southern Maine Community College (SMCC), with technology-focused degrees.  These technical candidates chose to join SE to get a flavor of what it’s like to work in a technical environment as well as for professional growth and development.

This is the 10^th year the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) has chosen the list. Systems Engineering was selected in the medium company category (50-249 employees). This is the second time the company has been selected to the list.

The Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) has named Systems Engineering as one of the 2014 Best Places to Work in Maine. The awards program recognizes organizations that have established and fostered outstanding workplace environments.
